Christmassy  cupcakes

Wow these vanilla yoghurt cupcakes are truly amazing even if I do say so myself.  They remain moist for days and are oh so moreish… So you may not get to test the the theory on how long they stay fresh. 

  
The Swiss merengue icing is my Ho to choice of icing.  Light and simply mouth melting.  

Hmm heaven, and if you are lucky enough to have any remaining when your done it’s amazing spread on a digestive biscuit. 

   
 All ready safe and sound, to be taken to the open evening at St Peters Youth Centre. 

 
Adorned with golden sparkle dust, mini pearls and hearts.
